First, the white glove delivery service was perfect. They called the day before to schedule a delivery window and called 30 minutes before arriving. Delivery arrived right at the beginning of the delivery window. It was carried in, unpacked, powered on and hooked up to the component video feed to test the picture and audio. Everything worked perfectly out of the box.

This unit has a stunning picture with a plethora of tunable controls and features making this television a home run. I have a skylight and 4 windows in the room with the television so I was a little concerned about all the reviews mentioning the drawbacks of the glossy screen but it’s proved not to be an issue at all. There is a slight glare during the day but it’s actually far less than the glare on my old 32? CRT. Also, the touch of red is barely noticable and the bezel in general is very nice. The included pedestal’s swivel capability is very nice as well. Finally, the 120Hz feature can make movies look fake but it’s great for sports viewing.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase.
